PV1-F Photovoltaic Cable Product Details

PV1-F is a solar photovoltaic cable designed for connecting solar panels, inverters, and other components in photovoltaic (PV) systems. It features exceptional resistance to UV radiation, extreme temperatures, and harsh environmental conditions, ensuring reliable performance in outdoor installations. Compliant with international standards such as TUV 2PfG 1169/08.2007 and UL 4703, it is widely used in solar farms, rooftop PV systems, and industrial solar applications.

    • AC: 0.6/1 kV

    • DC: 1.8 kV (suitable for high-voltage solar arrays).

  • Temperature Range:

    • Operating: -40°C to +90°C (ambient) / +120°C (conductor max).

    • Short-Circuit Tolerance: +250°C for ≤5 seconds.

  • Construction:

    • Conductor: Tinned copper strands (IEC 60228 Class 5) for corrosion resistance.

    • Insulation & Sheath: Double-layer cross-linked low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) material, flame-retardant and UV-resistant.
